About Us

Our Story
At Collins Special Education Initiative (CSEI), we are driven by one powerful belief: every child, regardless of ability, has the right to learn, grow, and be embraced for who they are.
Our story starts with a little boy named Collins—a bright, curious child diagnosed with autism at a young age. His journey through school and social spaces was met with countless hurdles: lack of awareness, limited resources, and a system that wasn’t built for neurodiversity.
But what Collins didn’t lack was love—a family and community determined to give him the best possible chance. It was from this spirit of hope, frustration, and unwavering belief that CSEI was born.
We were founded by a team of educators, therapists, and parents who saw the need for more inclusive, compassionate, and structured support for children with autism and their caregivers in our communities.
Our Mission
is to bridge the education gap by providing tailored support, advocacy, and opportunities that empower both learners and their families.
Our Vision
A world where children with autism are not just accommodated, but celebrated, where families are supported, and communities are educated and inclusive.

What We Believe
- Every child is capable of learning—we just need to teach in ways they understand.
- Caregivers deserve support—emotional, educational, and practical.
- Inclusion is not charity—it is a right.
- Awareness leads to acceptance—and acceptance leads to transformation.
